Changes to Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Corporation Filing Requirements

On June 25, 2026, HB126 became law and changes which Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Corporations meet the Division's filing requirements under AS 45.55.139.
